SHIPPING METHODS

All domestic orders are shipped UPS ground signature required. You may request expedited shipping. Requests for expedited shipping can be made via e-mail and those charges will be added to your total. Simply respond to your e-mailed receipt and request an expedited service, we will respond with a total of those costs for your approval. We do this so we can charge the actual costs and not "pad" the extra shipping services for profit.




TO ORDER BY MAIL
To pay via check or money order:

1). Place your order via e-mail, include in the e-mail which product (s) you wish to order. Include your shipping address in the e-mail as well.

2). We will respond with the total amount due and our mailing address.



ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment Leaves

All order cancellation requests placed after credit card processing, (which happens automatically when you place your order), and prior to shipment will be fully refunded less the involved transaction fees. These fees vary from card to card.

After Shipment Leaves

All order cancellation requests placed after shipment, will be fully refunded less the involved transaction fees and shipping & handling costs. The buyer will be responsible for outgoing and return shipping costs.



RETURNS POLICIES:

We apologize for the length of this, however we have been forced into implementing stricter return policies due to abuse of our previously lenient return system. We can no longer bear the cost of receiving damaged returns for refund, replacing missing items from returned goods, scratched surface fees and the like. This is in efforts to keep our pricing the lowest you'll find anywhere. Yes, some vendors have a "return anything in any condition" policy, however they charge 30 to 50 percent more than our pricing and can afford to do so, we sell at razor thin margins and unfortunately can not.


EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS
*please note - you must obtain a returns auth number prior to shipping any return to our warehouse

-If the unit is DOA we will immediately replace the item - we will also replace any unit within 30 days of the purchase date if the unit is in pristine condition and is returned with all included materials, accessories and is in the retail packaging - after 30 days defective equipment is repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.

- After 30 days depending on stock level, condition of your returned item, length of time you had the product, etc - we and/or the manufacturer reserve the right to determine whether the item is sent in for repair to the manufacturer or if we will simply send a replacement.

- As we do handle the RA process for defective and broken equipment for our customers, which saves you time and the legwork involved vs. handling it with the manufacturer yourself, we do not cover the involved freight costs, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs unless we have otherwise indicated.

- Because we will exchange defective items to a predetermined date immediately, requests for return for refund on a defective item are treated the same as a return on a non-defective opened item and subject to a restocking fee and are accepted only if within 15 days of the delivery date.

- Because virtually all manufacturers require support troubleshooting prior to issuing RA's, support must be contacted before we can issue an RA# for return.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you are returning a non-defective item for refund:

- We do not accept returns on opened softwares, media, and/or discontinued products.

- Returns for refund are accepted only within 15 days of the delivery date - we were having many buyers purchase just to use for 1-2 projects and return, so unfortunately this is the only way to plug that hole.

Returns on unopened products - shipping costs and the transaction fees we have incurred to process your credit card online will not be refundable, we can provide a detail of those costs before the return upon request. They are extremely reasonable and limited only to the costs we have incurred to make the sale and ship the product to you.

Returns on opened products - the above mentioned deductions apply plus a 5% (which is the lowest you will ever find on electronics - most charge 15-20%) restocking fees will apply. ALL materials that came with the unit must be returned with the unit. When it is returned and checked in, if there are missing materials the costs of those items will be deducted from the refund. If the item/s come back with damage, scratches, or dents, we will charge a scratched surface fee to be sent in and re-cased or repaired. Again, you may contact us to determine what if any of the above mentioned fees will apply and to obtain a quote of those fees.
